I choose these words to tell you about infertility because this image will be a powerful one for you, I promise!
HOW INFERTILITY WORKS
Infertility is a sensitive and challenging issue that can impact every aspect of life. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 15% of women aged 15-44 in the US struggle with infertility. Moreover, scientists demonstrate that going through infertility can cause the same stress levels that impact people affected by cancer – the main difference is that infertility uses to be a “silent” pain, but not less painful!
UNDERSTANDING INFERTILITY: Definition, Causes and Types
Infertility is defined as the inability to conceive after:
- one year of trying for couples under 35 years old
- and after 6 months of trying for couples over 35 years old.
There are several causes of infertility, including medical conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or endometriosis, hormonal imbalances, age, lifestyle factors, and genetics.
There are different kind of infertility: primary, secondary, and unexplained. You can effectively work on all of them, using the most powerful body-mind approach!

THE ROLE OF THE MIND IN INFERTILITY
The mind can play a significant role in infertility issues, as emotional and psychological factors can impact fertility and the ability to conceive, such as:
Stress: High levels of stress can disrupt the delicate balance of hormones responsible for ovulation, making it more difficult to conceive.
Anxiety and depression: Both anxiety and depression can have an impact on fertility, as they may disrupt the hormonal balance and lead to changes in menstrual cycles.
Trauma: Experiencing trauma, such as sexual abuse or miscarriage, can cause emotional distress that can impact fertility.
Negative self-talk: Negative beliefs and self-talk, such as "I'm not good enough to be a parent," can create subconscious barriers that make it more difficult to conceive.
Relationship issues: Difficulties in a relationship, such as conflicts or lack of intimacy, can cause stress and emotional strain that can affect fertility.
If you are familiar with one or more of these factors, it’s likely your mind is trying to “protect” you from getting pregnant.
Our job is to find out what is going on under these “surface” situations, and turn the root cause into a beneficial and helpful resource for your fertility journey!
And this is exactly what you get using: neuroscience, and the rules of the mind as your main tools.
Specifically, I use tools like Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and psychotherapy as solutions to help individuals and couples overcome infertility. RTT is a unique form of therapy that uses hypnotherapy to help identify and reprogram subconscious beliefs and behaviors that may be impacting fertility. Through RTT you can address any emotional or psychological barriers that may be preventing you from conceiving.
